Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice must be given for appointment changes and cancellations. If less notice is given, 50% of the treatment price must be paid prior to further treatments being booked.
Repairs Policy
Gelish and extensions, any problems in the first 24 hours will be repaired for free. Any repairs after this time will be charged at 10% of the original service charge per nail.

Infill Policy
Infills are charged from basic prices as listed. These are for a standard 3 to 4 week infill. Over 4 weeks between appointments and you will be charged a full set price. If you have lost four or more nails between appointments, you will be charged a full set price, not an infill price.
